Hair fall/loss has become a very prominent problem in our everyday life. not only is it something that adults experience, but also something that troubles the teens during their fun-time! it isn't exactly good to see your hair stuck to your pillow covers or hands while flicking your head.
so, how does Hair fall really occur ? is it all to blame on bad food, or unbalanced hormones, or stress ?
